Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC), Prayagraj, has released the notification for Pravakta (PGT) Selection Examination 2026 (UPESSC PGT Recruitment 2026) under Advertisement No. 06/2026. A total of 2,607 PGT vacancies are available in aided schools under the Secondary Education Department of Uttar Pradesh, including 2,329 posts in boys’ schools and 278 posts in girls’ schools. Online registration/OTR and application will begin on 18 September 2026. The last date for fee payment is 17 October 2026, while corrections can be made up to 21 October 2026. The written examination is scheduled for 15 and 16 December 2026. Candidates must complete OTR before submitting the online application.
